Our Team
Tommy Salem
Tommy has been a major staple in the Hill Country for several decades. Tommy began Salem Insurance over 20 years ago as a way to help local customers have more than one choice for an insurance company. He does the majority of the commercial policies and is the principal of the company. Tommy is also an active member of the Marble Falls Rotary Club, The Masonic Lodge, and the Marble Falls Volunteer Firefighters. When you stop in to see him, you will most likely see his Golden Retriever, Bowski with him!
Monica Franklin
Monica is a local native with a background in the banking industry. She is amazing when it comes to saving you money on your homeowners or auto insurance. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to our products. If you need expert advice on personal lines of insurance- Monica is your agent! Monica loves animals, her kids and grand baby, and saving our customers money!
Ashlee Redus
Ashlee has been working in insurance for over two years, has her Bachelors degree in Public Relations from Texas State and her Master's Degree in Education from Grand Canyon University, and is also Tommy's daughter- which is her favorite claim to fame! Ashlee loves to work with are home and auto, but her favorite part of working at Salem Insurance is helping customers find the best price and coverages for their needs. Ashlee prides herself on going above and beyond for every customer.
